Dr Amanda Springett qualified from Imperial college, London and has over 20 years’ clinical and leadership experience working in the NHS as a GP. She has an expertise in women’s health, perimenopause and menopause care and is a member of the British Menopause Society. With her additional functional medicine training, she takes a holistic approach to helping women reach their optimum health through consideration to sleep, cardiovascular health, diet, stress management and cancer prevention.
Amanda has special interests and holds diplomas in sexual and reproductive health, obstetric and gynaecology as well as child health.
Dr Hijab Khan is a Surrey based GP Principal and Trainer with over 16 years of experience in General Practice. She qualified from Dow Medical College, Pakistan in 2000 and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.
She a partner at the House Partnership in Redhill where she leads the mental health services, and her special interests include all aspects of mental health, including ADHD, Severe mental illness, anxiety and depression and other neuro diverse conditions.
Hijab has lived in Surrey for over 25 years and has worked locally with the Police Department to improve community links and train members in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. She also is a volunteer at Royal Marsden Hospital Trust.
Dr Paul Hamilton is a highly experienced General Practitioner with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. He qualified from the University of Nottingham in 1994 and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.
Dr Hamilton is a Partner at Caterham Valley Medical Practice. In addition, he is the Surrey Heartlands GP Clinical Lead for Adult and Children’s Mental Health, Children’s Services, Learning Disability and Dementia since 2015. He has significantly contributed to regional healthcare initiatives, serving as the GP Representative for the East Surrey Adult Mental Health Steering Group and the East Surrey Children’s Steering Group. He also chairs the East Surrey Learning Disability Working Group and the Dementia Working Group.
He has clinical interests in Mental Health, Diabetes, Sports Medicine, Dermatology and Child Health.

Dr. Jonathan Leung qualified from St George’s University in 2011. Subsequently, he developed a special interest in Sports Medicine, Performance Medicine and Urgent Care. He is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and serves as the Medical Director for the GP federation spanning Surrey and Sussex, as well as an NHS doctor in a large local practice. His focus is on musculoskeletal injuries, as well as optimising physical health in amateur athletes.
Outside of work, Jon is a local resident, husband and father. He is a keen endurance athlete having completed the Marmotte cyclosportive on several occasions and recently a 50k ultra run.
Dr Rakesh Patel qualified from Barts and The London Medical School in 2013. Subsequently, he developed a particular interest in Children’s Health, Metabolic Medicine and Urgent Care. He is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and serves as the Clinical Lead of Urgent Primary Care at East Surrey Hospital. With his wide range of experience, he uses a holistic approach to each patient, with a keen eye on preventative and lifestyle medicine.
Outside of work, Rakesh is a core member of the Outreach and Healthcare Team at BAPS Charities. When he’s not working, he enjoys keeping fit and is an avid cricket fan.
Dr Tabassum Siddiqui is an International medical graduate and moved to the United Kingdom in 1995. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners and has over 15 years experience as a GP. She is currently a local GP Partner and board member of a local Primary Care Network.
She has worked with a special interest in Gynaecology underpinning her interest in Women’s Health and always aiming to provide high quality care. She is a keen educator and as a GP trainer has successfully trained over 20 GPs since 2010. She has been a member of the Growing Health Initiative, which brings awareness of health and well-being to bring about positive change in people’s lives.
Outside of work, Tabassum loves sending time with her family and friends. She enjoys travelling, cooking and watching movies.
Dr Naomi Bennett qualified from Sheffield Medical School in 2011. She decided to specialise in General Practice as she values and enjoys building strong, longstanding relationships with her patients and their families. She specialises in Women's Health and is also a British Menopause Society registered Menopause Specialist. Her friendly manner and ability to put people at ease mean that she is easily able to find out what really matters to her patients.
In her NHS role, Naomi trains new GPs and also has a Clinical Lead role within the NHS for Integrating Neighbourhood Teams and Community Engagement.
In her spare time, Naomi loves to be outdoors with her family, whether that is camping, cycling or snowboarding. She also has a secret love of karaoke!
Dr Nicholas Merritt is a local GP and member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. Having qualified as a physiotherapist in 2001, he subsequently achieved his medical degree in 2006. He is currently a GP Partner at Oxted Health Centre with extensive experience in both acute and general medicine. His specialist interests lie in metabolic medicine and diabetes and is passionate about providing excellent quality healthcare to his patients.
Nicholas has lived in Oxted since 2015 and enjoys the opportunity to access the surrounding countryside as well as being part of the local community.
Dr. Sana Hassan is a highly experienced general practitioner based in Surrey. She obtained her medical degree from the prestigious King Edward Medical University in Pakistan in 2004. Currently, she holds the position of GP Partner in the Redhill area, demonstrating her dedication to providing exceptional healthcare services to the community.
Sana is a skilled and knowledgeable clinician who has developed a particular expertise in joint injections and minor surgical procedures. Her commitment to patient care is evident through her long-standing service to the Redhill and Crawley communities, spanning over 15 years.

Dr Bahar Maybrey qualified as a GP (MRCGP) from the East of England Deanery in 2010 having spent several years working in acute medicine in hospitals in Hertfordshire and became a partner in a large GP practice in Surrey in 2015.
Dr Maybrey has worked as a Menopause specialist at Guy’s and St Thomas' Hospital, London, under the direction of Professor Janice Rymer, one of the country’s leading experts. She is passionate about helping women to understand and manage the issues they may face and likes to take the time to consult with every patient as a unique individual to understand their own challenges and perspectives and is a member of the Royal college of General Practitioners, Faculty of Sexual Health and the Institute of Psycho-sexual Medicine as well as working as an NHS GP which gives her a full understanding of the patient’s journey through the healthcare system.
Bahar also specialises in women’s health and runs the family planning clinic fitting different types of coils and implants as well as having special interests in psycho-sexual medicine and consulting with patients for various issues which arise from psycho-sexual disorders.
Dr Josephine York qualified in 1998 from the University of Sheffield. She is a highly experienced GP with over 16 years as a GP Partner.
She is currently a GP Partner, a Board member of a local Primary Care Network (PCN) and and Clinical Lead for Frailty at the PCN. Josie has a special interest in Women’s Health including contraception and sexual health. She also has expertise in Frailty, managing multi-morbidities, poly pharmacy and personalised medicine. She also has experience in general medicine.

Dr Amit Seyan qualified from King's College London in 2011 and has been a GP partner for the past 5 years. He has developed a keen interest in mental health and dementia, utilising exercise and movement as medicine, healthcare technology, and preventative medicine. Amit is passionate about exploring innovative technological solutions to enhance efficiency and patient care in primary care settings. He is also a trustee of the Stem4 teenage mental health charity, working towards improving access to help for teenagers who suffer with mental health concerns.
As a dedicated medical educator, Amit coaches newly qualified GPs and serves as a GP trainer, sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of primary care clinicians.

Dr Priyum Shah qualified from King's College London in 2013 and has been practising as a GP since 2018. Dr. Kate Teasdale is an experienced GP partner working in a large NHS practice in Caterham, with over 28 years of experience. She qualified from St. George's Hospital in 1991 and has developed expertise in women's health, specifically in perimenopause and menopause care and is an accredited coil fitter.
