Dr. Salma Hafeez is a St Albans-based General Practitioner who graduated from the University of Leicester Medical School in 2015. She also holds a BSc in Medical Biochemistry graduating with First Class Honours.
Dr. Hafeez has extensive experience in managing acute illnesses, long-term health conditions, and mental health concerns. She is passionate about Preventative Medicine and helping individuals to achieve their best possible health. She has a particular interest in women’s health including management of the menopause and perimenopause and is currently undertaking the Management of the Menopause Certificate by the British Menopause Society (BMS) to further develop her expertise in menopause care. She is also trained in Ring Pessary fitting and replacement to support women with pelvic organ prolapse.
Dr. Hafeez is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. She believes in taking the time to listen to her patients and providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a friendly and supportive environment.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Hafeez enjoys travelling, and spending time with her family and friends.
